There are many additional corner cases and I have exchanged numerous emails 
with the NCC on this matter that RIPE-475 needs some serious fleshing out 
and have been assured it is being worked on.

Problem is that opposed to other policy docs that go thru a review stage, 
docs like RIPE-475 appear suddenly, have not been peer reviewed and the 
membership has very little chance to be part of the draft and review stage.
