The old forms will not be rejected. What will happen is that they won't 
be recognised as a request for resources and so will be redirected to a 
lower priority mailbox, <lir-help at ripe.net>.

As long as the request is justified the Hostmasters here will approve it 
for you.

That being said, our experience indicates that the new forms are simpler 
to evaluate and this reduces the time it takes us to process them. That 
means we can get you resources faster. We want to raise the level and 
speed of service we offer LIRs. We hope that this new set of forms will 
help us do that.
