Dear colleagues, Earlier today, a software change caused us to unintentionally send an automated email to 98 members which informed them that we had terminated their Standard Service Agreement (SSA), and blocked their access to the LIR Portal for a short period of time. We are contacting these members to apologise and inform them that this was an error on our part and reassure them that their SSAs remain valid.
