[ncc-announce] [GM] RIPE NCC Annual Report 2014 and GM Agenda

Dear members,

The RIPE NCC Annual Report 2014, including the Financial Report 2014, is
now available online.

The Annual Report is a supporting document for the RIPE NCC General
Meeting (GM), which takes place from 13-15 May 2015.

The supporting documents include the proposed Charging Scheme 2016 that
members will vote on at the upcoming GM.

We would like to note that Agenda point 9, "RIPE NCC Executive Board
Appointments or Election", will not be finalised until after 22 April
when the nominations period for Executive Board candidates closes. If
there are fewer than three confirmed candidates, the members will vote
by resolution to appoint those candidates to the Executive Board. If
there are three or more candidates, there will be an election to fill
two seats using instant run-off voting.

Annual Report Highlights
------------------------
The Annual Report documents the activities of the RIPE NCC in 2014. The
report contains the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2014.

The report also contains the Activity Overview (page 18), which shows a
comparison of the budgeted operational expenses for the year against the
actual operational expenses.

Some of the other highlights of the Annual Report include:

- Detailed statistics on the RIPE NCC's allocation and assignment of
Internet number resources in 2014
- The development of RIPE Atlas, RIPEstat and other measurement tools
during the year
- Progress made with the LIR Portal, the RIPE Database and DNS Services
in 2014
- The RIPE NCC's implementation of RIPE Policy
- The range of external relations and outreach activities carried out by
the RIPE NCC
- Notes from the Chairman of the RIPE NCC Executive Board, the Managing
Director of the RIPE NCC, the RIPE Chair, the Executive Board Treasurer
and all the RIPE NCC Senior Management Team
- Much, much more...

The RIPE NCC will only make the Annual Report available online. It can
be downloaded for those who wish to print it. We hope you take the time
