You’re really going to have to explain this in detail How much do you want RIPE to charge per IP? Why would anyone agree to paying this? At what point in time did RIPE become responsible for “fixing” IPv6 v IPv4? Will RIPE start making hardware? I’m absolutely fascinated to hear how this will all work.
