Hi Hans: You ware signing a letter on behalf of RIPE community to interfere with Mauritius legal issues, then RIPE members here asked what is international organisation in your letter, you provided an evasive answer. A direct, none evasive responds is much appreciated. Questions like: 1. Ware you aware of the legal definition of the "international organisation" is actually "specialised agency of united nation" before you signing the letter?(since you claimed have 5 RIR lawyer approved it). 2. Ware you aware that vexatious litigate is legal term in Mauritius based on a law passed urgently without vote that ware never used because of potential constitutional consequence, that could potentially block my legal rights? 3. Ware you aware the serious governance issue raised by membership of AFRINIC that the NRO letter as it's written, only with intent protect those management from community scrutiny? Those are serious issue, and because of your action as part of NRO, made it a global RIR accountability issue need to be addressed. If you are wrong, you welcome to apologise and move on, if you believe you are right to ask AFRINIC to be like ITU on behalf of the RIPE community, I think community here deserve to know, after all, all your power come from community trust in you. And for members ask me privately about the broken link, my apologises. here is the story I read and the official statement from Mauritius government is at bottom of it. https://www.nrs.help/post/is-afrinic-going-to-become-a-specialized-agency-of-the-united-nation Lu Heng Chief Executive Officer LARUS Limited Email H.Lu at LARUS.netmailto:a.yan at outsideheaven.com Office tel:+852+29888918 Address A3, 11/F, TML Tower, Tsuen Wan, N.T, Hong Kong SAR Website: LARUS.net This email and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. I suggest you discuss this with the AFRINIC community.
