+1 As a paying member i support this proposal as well. It makes me sick to think about the civilian damages,.... HOWEVER I also in the interest of not taking sides in this ugly war AND in the interest of still keeping the few interested individuals looking for independant information connected,...i want to propose the same for all RUSSIAN LIR's. (as i do not belive that all russian lirs support the ongoing war. However they may find themselves in the situation of not being able to pay their fees due to sanctions.)
