[members-discuss] LIR invoices for Ukrainian companies

Hello everybody,

in this difficult moment it is essential for the neutrality of the 
information circulating on the war in Ukraine that the resources 
allocated to the Ukrainian LIRs are not suspended.

We are in favor of suspending the annual quota for Ukrainian ISPs until 
the end of the war.
