We actually have an open ticket right now where the NCC has first told us they'll get to it next day, then the day after sent another response saying they didn't get it done after all and will get back to us another day later. Let's see what happens today. I don't really have an issue with resource requests not being replied to in a day, but I agree that this seems to be only done for better statistics, which really shouldn't be the focus.
