No formal cost from the RIPE NCC.

Of course the time spent on the paperwork between you and your customer,
and you and the NCC, is not "free" - but the NCC won't *charge* you for
anything.

As of now, AS numbers do not cost a yearly fee (to my dismay) only IPv4 PI
and IPv6 PI networks.
