[members-discuss] termination of sponsoring LIR agreement

Dear community,

I know that this might be a little off topic here and I would like to apologize to everyone in advance but I have been trying to get some information related to the costs of becoming a sponsoring LIR and have gotten a little stuck.
I know that there is an additional charge of around 50 Euro for each allocated resource such as AS number etc, but I wanted to ask if there is any other fees related to becoming a sponsoring LIR?

I guess that also depends on the status of the resource(s).

If the resource(s) status is/are LEGACY, if i'm not mistaken the services provided by RIPE NCC related to that resource would revert to the point before the agreement was established with the sponsoring LIR.

"2.7 Lapse of relationship or agreement
In case a relationship or agreement as described above in sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, or 2.5 has lapsed, the RIPE NCC may refuse to continue to provide, in support of each legacy resource involved, any service element which was not being provided immediately before the establishment of the relationship or agreement which has lapsed."
