[members-discuss] [LIR] Re: Fwd: Re: RIPE DB T&C violation by brokers

Dear colleagues,

As this now appears to be affecting the trust of our members, we would like to provide some additional details.

On 18 November we informed Supplity that we would be terminating our agreement with them, with a notice period of 30 days (as provided for in the Recognised IPv4 Broker agreement).

As we can see that they have continued to spam the community after this point, we will now remove them from the list of brokers without waiting for the end of this 30 day period.

We are also considering whether further actions are needed regarding their use of our logo.
