[members-discuss] LIR’s billing issues with RIPE NCC, need support

the majority of votes.

Let me disagree with you. Many decisions made on the Executive Board
Meetings, where is the management only and there aren't any votes or
discussions between the members. E.g. step by step open additional LIR
accounts, duplicate accounts in case of the M&A procedure between
different organizations and so on. You can find it in the official
