Correct. The whole "how do we redistribute unused IPv4" discussion is mute, nonsense, pointless. Fact: IPv4 is exhausted Fact: IPv6 has been available for 10+ years. Actually a lot longer than that, if we include the test bed. Redistributing unused IPv4 is patching holes. The holes are bigger than the patchwork available or that possibly could be made available.
