Thank you for a quick reply and comments. It is good that procedures were followed, however 2 questions are still unclear for me. 1. Did you made any efforts to validate submitted documents? As i mentioned - i cant find matched records in the registries. Does it mean that RIPE NCC will accept any possibly spoofed documents sent by members? 2. We should respect the privacy of others, and in this case I have a question regarding data quality in RIPE DB, not a membership info: inetnum: 185.106.128.0 - 185.106.131.255 netname: RU-DNR-20150626 organisation: ORG-OISI2-RIPE org-name: "Center of Internet services in DNR" org-type: LIR address: Shevchenko str. 31 address: 83000 address: Donetsk address: RUSSIAN FEDERATION With the high probability the contact data is invalid, and that mean the violation of section 4.0 of IPv4 allocation policy (RIPE-643): > Only allocations and assignments registered in the RIPE Database are considered > valid. Registration of objects in the database is the final step in making an allocation > or assignment. Registration data (range, contact information, status etc.) must be correct > at all times (i.e. they have to be maintained). Did RIPE NCC consider the contact information as valid? Is there a procedure to report wrong contacts?
