Hi All, I think the root of problem is either RIPE NCC Hostmaster reject or accept papers they tecnically can't check for legal status. I believe "DNR" has no on-line registry for their companies. If the default policy is "reject" - there will be really a big problem to be a part of Internet for a lot of places inside RIPE region.
