This is a much better structure for the membership fees (and easy for a 
new/existing member to calculate) might be easier to split the first 
year into a 'successful application fee' and annual fee.

The other thing could be to include 1 ASN, 1 v4 and 1 v6 (regardless of 
size) in the standard membership fee and then have another category 
which covered small object holders with out the 'package'.

Would be nice to see how this worked with 'real numbers' rather than 
holding ones.
