I would suggest that it could be useful if either MAT or Cooperation invited somebody from the local regulator in Bucharest to come along and explain what they will now do, in line with the regulation, about “network neutrality” and in particular about the measurements to be made: what measurements, how they will be made, who by and how they will then be used.
