Hi Thorsten, _All_ working group meetings as well as all the plenary sessions are open events, anybody can attend. For those who can not be physically present we have video and audio streams, as well as live transcripts of what is being said. This system also allows you to comment via chat channels, which comments are then relayed to the room by a dedicated member of staff. The only meeting that is partially closed is the RIPE NCC General Meeting. For this a separate registration procedure is in place as this meeting can only be people who represent a RIPE NCC member (or who have been invited as an observer by the board). Hope to see you next week, Marco (co-chair of the RIPE IPv6 WG)
