[Dnsmon-test] DNSMON is now in public beta status

Dear all,

As you may have seen, today we opened up DNSMON for the public. While this
is a milestone for us, we'll continue working on minor features, and based
on public feedback maybe some major ones too.

We'd like to thank you for the feedback you provided during the testing
phase. We'll keep this list open for the moment in order to collect bugs,
but would like to channel any other discussion to the RIPE DNS working group
mailing list (dns-wg at ripe.net).
