[Dnsmon-test] DNSMON Update

Dear testers,

We have deployed a new version of DNSMON. Changes include:

* In the Native resolution, clicking on a cell now also displays 
traceroutes before+after the measurement point
* ... and in the same dialog, the response NSID is displayed for servers 
that support that option.
* The site documentation was refactored, including a Technical 
Documentation section based on the Testers page.
* The EDNS UDP buffer size has been increased (see Technical 
Documentation or Testers page) to values intended to strike a balance 
between capturing the NSID in large responses and avoiding packet 
fragmentation.
* A bug was fixed where UDP/TCP selector didn’t always reflect the chart 
data.
* Added a "get latest results" button.
* Improved tooltips to help guide the user through the interface.

The issues on the Testers page are essentially "complete". Anything 
still in the "Under consideration" section will be considered as a 
future feature based on feedback now and during the public beta:
