[Dnsmon-test] colour thresholds

I like the ability to change colour thresholds in the visualisations. However there is value in a common set of thresholds when users are comparing results and for "management reports".  I suggest to add a "default" button to the threshold selector that resets the thresholds to 66/99 or to whatever value the community may agree to in the future.
