[Dnsmon-test] First update to DNSMON

Dear testers,

A few minutes ago we deployed the first update to the service and the 
testers page (again: https://atlas.ripe.net/dnsmon/testing). From now on 
you'll see entries popping up and being struck out in the list of 
features, bugs, etc. on this page.

The biggest change in this update is that we have introduced a "relative 
response time" view, which colours the cells based on a row's baseline 
RTT, rather than absolute values.

We plan to deploy updates daily if there's anything to deploy. We can 
deploy more frequently if there's a need. So it's probably worth keeping 
an eye on this page. :-)
