[diversity] Impact assesment for the code of conduct

Dear Hans Petter Holen,

As a task force participant I would like to thank you having asked RIPE NCC’s legal for the impact analysis.

I’ll be reading it later this weekend and hope to share my thoughts on it somewhere next week.
