The Impact assessment from the RIPE NCC has been published as a link at the top of the page: https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/ripe-meetings/ripe-meeting-code-of-conduct-3-0-draft I would like to thank the RIPE NCC and the RIPE NCC Executive board for providing this assessment. It would be great if the chair(s) of the task force could make an action plan to address the issues raised in the impact assessment and previously on the list. I have some ideas I am happy to share with you on this.
