Thank you for this feedback! I think it's important to acknowledge that 
we have a lot of different thinkers in our community, not all are 
confident queuing up at the mic but that doesn't mean their contribution 
is less worthy. I hope that the PC/WG Chair collective keep using it.

Also, thank you! We (the RIPE NCC) are also always looking for new 
sticker suggestions, so if anyone has any ideas, we'd love to hear them.

I already have this in my debrief feedback for the team - that we should 
include a standard slide for each plenary/wg session to kindly remind 
people to turn their devices to silent. I noticed it more than usual 
this meeting for some reason.
