Hi, I think this is a good path. Which mailing list btw, ripe-list I presume? People may try to trick you at the meeting by describing fictional CoC incidents and asking what you think the response should be. It’s fairly easy to come up with fictional situations where the decision making is actually very difficult, but in practice, most incidents are fairly easy to decide on. In the CoC teams I’ve been on, it’s extremely rare for us to disagree wildly, because most reports are just fairly easy to make decisions on. In general, I am very cautious with saying how I think a described fictional incident should be handled, because in practice there is almost always additional context, nuance and/or history, that impacts decisions. And people asking these kind of questions are not always acting in good faith, and may be trying to lure you into an inconsistency now or later. The CoC intentionally does not say “in case of incident X, the response should be Y”, because every report is different.
