Hi all, On 22/06/17 16:24, Brian Nisbet wrote: > Vesna, > > Could I check please on the date of the meeting. Is that the 26th > (Monday) or the 27th (Tuesday)? Sorry for the mistake - it's _Tuesday_, 27th!! > I'm assuming the 26th given that's what's in the agenda, but wanted to disambiguate. I've changed that now... >> To work on the agenda in more detail, to word-smith the charter, and to >> keep track of the actions, here is a new Etherpad document: >> http://etherpad.tools.ietf.org:9000/p/ripe-diversity-tf-2017 >> Any volunteer to draft the first version of the charter? Now we have a first draft of the charter, please comment. My own comment: I think we should insert either a word "gender" in the definition, or add a bulletpoint saying - initial focus of the increasing diversity is _gender_ diversity, because .. ... (from the RIPE Labs article) "Changing the conditions to improve one aspect of diversity (gender) helps improve other aspects of diversity, too, because reasons for inequality within communities are similar for racial, age, class or gender representations. This is called “intersectionality”. " http://geekfeminism.wikia.com/wiki/Intersectionality Thanks, Vesna
