Sorry for the mistake - it's _Tuesday_, 27th!!

My own comment:

I think we should insert either a word "gender" in the definition, or 
add a bulletpoint saying

- initial focus of the increasing diversity is _gender_ diversity, 
because ..

... (from the RIPE Labs article)
