[diversity] Task-force practicalities: meeting, charter, collaborative documentation, actions

Vesna,

Could I check please on the date of the meeting. Is that the 26th 
(Monday) or the 27th (Tuesday)? I'm assuming the 26th given that's 
what's in the agenda, but wanted to disambiguate.

I can make a full hour on the Monday but only 30 minutes on the Tuesday. 
Obviously this is not all about me! :)

The agenda looks good at the moment.
