[db-wg] Historical data on deleted objects

Hello,

There is an existing Numbered Work Item:

NWI-2, to add support for deleted objects, this is the problem definition:

Asking 2 questions for the DB-WG community:

(1) Is it still a requirement of the RIPE Database to provide historical information of resource holders? 
(2) Clearly define what is the requirement and what is in scope
