Thanks for insisting on this issue, brother ;-)

Your summary appears to be appropriate, imho.

Maybe a combined fourth proposal text should be
proposed, based on the three options of wordings
the DBWG actually produced.

If that's what RIPE NCC did; then we still need to
agree on the resulting wording...as your requested.
