[db-wg] Organisation Names in "descr:" cleaned up and no longer enforced

Hi Sebastian,

Our apologies for this bug, which was introduced in the 1.87.3 release. We are working on resolving it right now. 

We will keep the working group posted on the deployment of a fix.
