[db-wg] Organisation Names in "descr:" cleaned up and no longer enforced

Hi Tim, Group,

I don't know if this change did it but I'm no longer able to change
the netname on my IPv6 ASSIGNED objects (the allocation is PA):

I worked around it by deleting and then adding the object again.
