In my opinion the route-objects should've been moved back in the day
during the AfriTrans project when all the inet{,6}num's were moved by
the RIRs. But alas, that didnt happen so now we need to deal with it.

I don't think it is wise to leave it up to thousands of resource holders
to perform actions, maybe some of them don't even realise their objects
are in the RIPE DB instead of AfriNIC.

I don't consider "let the resource holders do it" a viable solution to
address the problem statement.
