This negates the main selling point of IRT objects, the ability to apply
one to the less specific inetnum/inetnum6 object instead of having to add
the attribute to every most specific object.
I still think that the first applicaple IRT record should be returned by
default for queries.

If this would have the effect of returning a less specific
inetnum/inetnum6 object then I consider it too much confusing (unless
both objects are returned).
