I certainly haven't seen it either, and no one at the last DB WG meeting
recalled seeing a proposal from C&W, which is why the minute is as it
is.

My proposal is to leave the final minute, (there has been more than
adequate time between the publishing of the draft minute and the final
one, for review) and for Lu Ping to raise the issue either formally on
this mailing list, or at the next DB WG meeting.

That sounds like a good idea, perhaps you could do this and present at
