For reasons as yet unknown the mail is not in his mailbox, even though the automated acknowledgment was received by ARIN, so the mail reached that mail address and was accepted for local delivery. Also, for AS1680, the mail server exchanges indicate that the user's mail servers accepted mail for local delivery and there were no bounces. We take these matters seriously and are concerned with providing the best possible service.
