RIPE Database usage

Dear All,

The procedure for obtaining a maintainer in RIPE database has been described
in section 2.3.4 of RIPE-157 document, which is *the* database
documentation.

If you have any suggestions for how to make the database webpage

more user-friendly, we will be delighted to hear them.
