This Maintainer belongs to CU-Connection Universe Netzgesellschaft mbH and is protected by password. You have to contact the owner of this above mentioned maintainer owner to get your WL202-RIPE or your WL321-RIPE changed or deleted. Just ask whois -h whois.ripe.net CK-RIPE whois -h whois.ripe.net CD-RIPE Then you can see the necessary contact information. They can change it for you. How to get one's own maintainer - I have to forward this question to the others.
