And, it is absolutely not clear at all if email addresses by themselves impose privacy information if they for example are not even connected to the name of a person. Not all list exploders work this way. Correct. But also, it depends on what information was sent to people when they subscribed, if they subscribed themselves, or if they where subscribed. Etc.
