I mostly like it myself. The major downside I see is that it will
upset people running MTAs on dynamic dialups. By this point, though, I
think that may be an acceptable price for shutting off the flow from
the open proxies and random 0wn3d desktop boxen.
Another big positive side effect I see is that it will finally give
people a real incentive to do something about all the totally broken
rDNS out there.
