Of course not.  That's another reason C/R systems are dead on the vine;
they fail catastrophically for mailing lists.

It appears you're willing to sacrifice two of the major benefits of
email, universality and mailing lists.

You seem to be deluding yourself into equating "can't send mail to the
new-protocol enclave" with "useless".  You might want to believe that,
but that won't make it so.

Oh?  Then how come I can still mail you?  Why isn't my mail being
refused for lack of a magic code?

You seem to be confusing "proof-of-concept working in the lab" with
"widely enough deployed to make a difference".
