If the registrars are willing to act in case of technical problems or
abuse issues (and there are sufficient safeguards in place in case a
registrar doesn't act), and provided they are willing to co-operate
with different authorities, like law enforcement even in cases where no
laws have been broken according to the laws of the country of the
registrar, no.
And when the above requirements are met, I'm most happy to let you meet
my amazing fleet of flying pigs ;-)
