Is there a real need to enforce accuracy in domain whois? We now have 1001
'register by proxy' services, you could put $random-address (but still
correct) in and as long as you don�t so something obvious like:

mickey mouse
123 disney road
afghanistan

Then will netsol et al really goto the trouble of checking your address is
real? 

Telephone numbers don�t have a whois that allows you to go telephone number
> name/address, is there a clear reason for domains to?
