How do you get off ORBS nowadays?

We've run into a serious problem caused by OBRS DNS. We find hosts
on our network listed in relays.orbs.org, e.g. 
    [129.16.117.74]
    74.117.16.129.relays.orbs.org

However:

    1)	To our knowledge this is wrong; [129.16.117.74] is not open.

    2)	We are unable to see whey ORBS listed us and fix the problem,
	should we be wrong on 1).

    3)	We have no clue how to get [129.16.117.74] off the list.
	www.orbs.org is not exactly helping...

Any suggestions?
