As far as I can see that is probably an artefact of an overly helpful customer service person trying to troubleshoot mail delivery for you

Office 365 Support has referred to uceprotect-level3 as a possible cause of why my mail gets delivered to the junk mail folder for their clients (https://pasteboard.co/JQYtxM2.png).
