Thanks Marco, Discussion on the proposal has already started, which is great. I would remind all of those interested in participating to ensure they discuss the proposal as written and obviously to be polite in all things. Finally, if you wish to support the proposal, please say so clearly, but remember, this isn't a vote, this is a process to establish if consensus exists to move the proposal forward. Similarly if you disagree with the proposal, please say so clearly and preferably with details on your objections so they can be discussed by the proposer or incorporated to make a future version of the proposal better.
