okay, I will try to explain it better :)

In English, abuse is an action on something by something

there are always two things.

For example If you abuse your donkey  ( --> = abuse  )

You --> Donkey

Normal bitcoin mining abuse = You --> CPU

Anyway, Internet abuse same principle One resource --> another resource
