This is some useful information Athina, thanks for sharing. Looks like LEAs are developing a much better understanding of what information RIPE NCC does not hold, but still an education requirement on using the database tools to identify information. Where requests were for publicly available information, did RIPE NCC receive follow up requests for future training in using the database tools?
