Well, this is why I wanted to clarify my remarks. Like I said, I'm not a 
fan of some things that a variety of people do, but I absolutely agree 
on avoiding that mentality. As with all of these things, aim is to 
enhance collaboration and work to improve things, while neither side is 
afraid to be honest etc.
